DAMAGE TO EMPLOYEE’S PERSONAL PROPERTY

The Central Community School Board shall not be held responsible for any employee’s personal property or items which may be stolen, lost or damaged while on school premises.

DAMAGES TO EMPLOYEE VEHICLES

The Central Community School Board shall not be responsible for damages to glass, exterior body parts, or mechanisms of vehicles on a school campus except when damage is the direct result of school-owned and operated equipment. Proof of damage by school-owned and operated equipment must be witnessed by an adult and a signed written report of such damage shall be made immediately following the incident.
